1. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number confirmation email. Note, in some cases there may be a slight delay for the tracking number to be added to your order and the tracking link may take up to 48 hours to activate.

If the tracking number provided does not work, try adding it to Track17.

If you are still have issues, contact us and we will investigate.

2. Where does my order ship from?
Depending on the product you have ordered and it's availability, your order may be fulfilled locally or from one of our international fulfilment centers.

Our products are shipped primarily across Australia, NZ, UK and the United States, and as such, we fulfill orders from multiple global locations to ensure quick order fulfillment and the fastest possible delivery.

3. Can I click-and-collect my order if I'm in Melbourne?
It is currently not possible to collect your order from our office in Melbourne, although we do plan to make click-and-collect available soon.

If you need a product urgently, contact us prior to placing the order. If we cannot get a product to you in a specified time we will let you know.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

6. Can I get a Tax Invoice?
Yes, please contact us and state your order number to request a Tax Invoice.
